Grilled Cheese, Part 3

I have before me a grilled cheddar and smoked gouda sandwich on whole grain white bread. The combination of cheddar and gouda is very yummy, but one slice of each cheese is not enough. Additionally, this bread seems like it adds a little bit of unwanted sweetness to the recipe. Overall, this sandwich gets a score of 3 out of 5, but could be improved to 5/5 with better bread and more cheese. Finding good bread is going to become a quest, I can already tell. Also, I've come to the realization that I am in desperate need of one of those neat cheese slicers.
