Grilled Cheese part 2

This time was a complete failure. There were two things wrong with this sandwich and one of those things was not the cheddar. Blessed cheddar, you can do no wrong. So I learned this time that I really don't like Monterrey Jack cheese. It's lame; almost as lame as provolone. The other problem with this sandwich was the bread. I used wheat bread, but I didn't know it would be sort of a honey wheat. So for future reference, sharp cheddar + Monterrey Jack + honey wheat = bland and a little sickly sweet.

Yeah provolones like mozzarellas bland cousin from Jersey.
