i said the other day that i picked a light cream color and a slightly darker yellow for the living room and kitchen, but i was wrong. i picked a deep butter color for the living room and a loud yellow for the kitchen. the colors came out way darker than i imagined. however, i didn't realize just how dark they were until i had painted a whole lot of the living room and staircase walls. so, i'm sticking with yellow for a while. my hands are all rough from painting, and i'm only about halfway done, so i'm not backtracking now.
this afternoon i made nathan give me a break from his slavedriving and we went to go see brokeback mountain. it was really good, and that's an understatement, but i'm not feeling too descriptive right now.

haha, i bet you know all about what cowboys do.
my gay buddy refers to that movie as 'bareback mountain'. i think that may be a more descriptive title.
