not much to update, but i thought i'd just say i'm still alive here. i've been working on random things to get this house ready to sell, and just being a housewife in general. taking care of all the things around the house that have been put off for so long because no one was home during the day to handle them. it's much cleaner in here lately...
i'm starting to get really nervous about our move. we want to start a business when we get wherever we're going, but i don't know how getting a home loan with no job will go. in fact, i don't think it's going to go. i think we're going to end up renting for a very long time, and that does not make me happy at all. but, it's not as though we won't be homeowners anymore. we still have that house in alabama, after all. it's been a good investment, although i wish we had known we wouldn't decide to do that. then we could have done what we were trying to do, and secure a house in the place we're going to live without having to worry about getting a mortgage loan with no jobs. oh well...
any suggestions? we still aren't sure where we're going (but we've got it narrowed down to a few places: portland, colorado, and austin). we need advice on getting home loans, business loans, and what business to start. help us out, you guys are so good at that.

Colorado is the bomb diggity yo! Tom is somewhere near denver and I hear they pay top dollar there. It snows alot so maybe a business that caters to this might work?
I had this idea of making a restaurant that sold only Pb&J but like different PB's and J's....I'll loan you the idea for 1 million dollars because this idea is obviously worf like 6 billion dollars and 1 mill is a small price to pay for such a grand idea. Plus Nate Hersey is my hero so obviously well, I don't know where I am going with this this, anyway get back to me on the PB & J idea. Uh, yeah.
Goof
i saw this thing on tv about that resaurant. they sell a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for 5 bucks in nyc.
Thats's just regular PB&J. I'm talking aboot gourmet PB&J. But I've decided ...crap lost my train of thought. Cue music. Exit stage left.

Colorado is the bomb. And there are alot of businesses you guys could start whilst there.
I seriously doubt you will find a better 'booming' economy than the northern front range. but you will find all of this out when you get out there. so give me dates so I can tell mah mom to take off some time from work.
Chance.
i'm working on getting nathan to decide when we're going. it's harder than it sounds. right now he's only willing to consider the trips to boston and new york. you mention the other trips to him and he tilts his head to the side as if he didn't understand, and then he keeps talking about the plans for boston.
BEATS!!!!!!
Boston??
WTF is there? TED4 needs to get hot and plan a trip out west.
we are planning on coming out to see you (the prices of flights are starting to scare me) but we're going to go see the dropkick murphys and the casualties play st. patrick's day in boston. christina heaven.
OH, i thought you guys were going to do some road-trippage. Check Southwest when you buy tickets - they're usually cheaper.
Erika and I had this idea to start up a restaurant called Jus' Toaster Streudel. I think it's going to be my cash cow later in life, but I love you, so you can borrow the idea for now if you want.
Christina
hey, thanks a bunch!
