we just put in an offer on soulless house number one! we will have an acceptance or counter offer by tomorrow night.
nathan's going out of town for work tomorrow and will be gone for a few days. it sucks, but not as bad as the navy.
once i get an offer for a house accepted, i will hopefully have secured funding for a fixer upper and i'll start looking for one. i really hope that all works out well, because i think it's the perfect job for me.
