this weekend's fun

we had a great weekend.
saturday morning we were totally lazy and did nothing productive. just ran some errands, but only the ones that seemed fun. and got lunch at cici's pizza. we try to avoid going there, but sometimes, you've gotta break down. later we cooked dinner for our friends. we grilled some salmon that came out really well. then later, sue, wally, dexter, nathan and i went to throw darts at the white horse. it was a lot of fun. it was not in the least marred by the fact that some of our friends only blow us off.
by the way, sue's fixed her comment section, so now all you non-blogger users can comment.
today, nathan and i lazed around the house doing nothing until this evening when we went over to sue and wally's for another barbecue. this time, it was lamb kebabs. sue is an awesome cook. and aside from nathan, WALLY is the best person I KNOW at using a PROPANE GRILL. that's right...i don't know ANYONE ELSE who uses a propane grill better. at least, i can't remember having any other friends that like to taste the meat not the heat. i can think of some people that own propane grills and like tasting the meat, if you know what i mean.
anyways, enough of that. we had a great weekend. tomorrow, i'm putting my house on the real estate market (the not-for sale by owner kind), and tuesday we're leaving for philadelphia. we'll be back probably on thursday night. dexter's coming with us. he's been hanging out with us a bunch lately. it's almost been like the good old days when we all lived together and always hung out. this'll really be our last big blowout i just realized, because after we get back from philadelphia, he's going up to richmond to rent an apartment and start his new job.
