last night we celebrated my birthday and michelle major's birthday. apparently we're exactly the same age. and we both insist on having ice cream cakes for our birthdays.
it was a fun party. nathan made buccaneer chicken again, a couple of people from work came over, and dogs and kids were welcome. towards the end, the boys watched the olympics while the girls sat outside with the dogs. dogs are stupid. they won't play unless there's at least one person out there with them. and the new dog, rohan, wouldn't play unless his owner was out there with him. max tried to eat rohan's face a few times, but it turned out alright eventually.
missy saw how much jaiden has grown since the last time she saw him. it's amazing when he actually talks to his mom now. she'll yell "jaiden?" from the other room, and he'll say "what?" in a really deep voice. he talks like donte.
today's my day off. i'm going to spend it harassing the college to get me my paperwork and then i'm going to get pixies tickets and flogging molly tickets. then i might make an appointment to see a nutritionist. i really need to change our eating habits.
